Altigreen Propulsion Labs Private Limited (“Altigreen”, “the Company”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy practices for the protection of the users of its products and services, including but not limited to hardware, software, website, apps and any other. By using any of Altigreen’s products or services you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your information, in accordance with the Altigreen Privacy Policy.

If any defect(s) should be found in the vehicle within the terms stipulated above, APL’s only obligation is to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any part shown to be defective with a new part or the equivalent, at no cost to the owner for parts or labour. This shall be done only when APL acknowledges that such a defect is attributable to faulty material or workmanship at the time of manufacture. Warranty on the affected part(s) shall be co-terminus with the original warranty. Any consequential damages, injury or loss of use of vehicle shall not be covered. The owner is responsible for any repairs or replacements that are not covered by this warranty.

Except as stated in the Altigreen Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share, for any purpose, any part of your Personal Information, with any party other than yourself, without your prior consent, except as required by law or by order of a court or statutory authority of competent jurisdiction. We may however, share this information with vendors/ service providers who are performing services for the Company; in such case, we will impose the same obligations on them as are contained in the Altigreen Privacy Policy.​

In general, we use Personal Information to help us improve our products and services; to customize the user experience; to provide customer support; to communicate with you; and to protect our legal rights and business interests.​
